PTAC incremental A/C Services:

For over 16 years. In fact, we are one of the few remaining companies in GTA with a full range of services focused on light commercial maintenance. 

 

                      

            

We service a wide range of PTAC and PTHP Systems, thru - the wall A/C units or Package Terminal Air Conditioners for many reputable Buildings in GTA, including popular brands such as KeepRite, Applied comfort, Singer, Remington, McQuay, Ice cap, exact fit, Carrier, Bryant, AirTemp, General Electric, Maytag, Sanyo, Trane, Amana, Friedrich, Carrier, Islandaire, GE- Zoneaire, Climette, Chrormalox, and many other PTAC units.

  

All service/ maintenance to window incremental and wall units are done on site or here in our shop. We offer free estimates for units which are dropped off. We also offer a low cost, flexible pick up and delivery service.

 

The most common “repair” is cleaning - this is actually maintenance and repairs will don on request. Fees for cleaning range in price depending upon the qty, size, location and type of unit being cleaned and whether we picked it up or you dropped it off.

 

We provide seasonal maintenance services for all makes and models of PTAC/ PTHP incremental equipments. Talk to us about cleaning your particular units.

Coil maintenance and Air Filter Services:

We believe in YOUR maintenance / engineering deportment abilities to manage and maintain your equipment properly (you don’t need another lecture). But everybody can use extra hand time to time.

 

We offer:

 

·         Monthly.

·         By – monthly. Quarterly.

·         Semi - annually.

·         And yearly filter replacement services.

  

With monthly or by - monthly maintenance program:

 Air filters cleaned or washed, coils are inspected.

 

With quarterly or yearly maintenance program:

Air filters cleaned or washed, coils are inspected and motors will oil or greased.

 

                                                        

 

Fact: Air handling equipment coils must kept clean by replace or cleaning their filters on regular bases.Twice a year is adequate for Ontario, Quarterly a year or more is for High Traffic areas.   

 

PTAC, PTHP incremental A/C Preventative Maintenance we offer:

Every air Conditioner coils must be cleaned on a regular schedule. Once a year is adequate for Toronto and surroundings, air filter replacement, twice a year or more is a must. HVAC mechanical, Coil maintenance and Air Filter services:    

No matter what equipment you have, it’s important to make sure the overall system is designed to be efficient, and that it is properly maintained. This includes regularly cleaning and filter replacements, replacing filters monthly or as needed and repairing major duct leaks can yield surprising energy savings at low cost.

With quarterly and yearly Maintenance not only filters changed/ washed, also

fan, bearings, Motors Greased/ oiled, drive belts, pulleys, inspected regularly and

Replaced during scheduled maintenance. As well as coils are visually inspected for

condensation drains and dirty condensing coils and wash/ clean on request.

 

We also clean Fan coils, Roof Top units, Ground condenser units and all brands of through-the-wall incremental units.

AIDCO provides service programs that will help keep your equipment running at its peak performance and energy efficient.

 

As part of the program our Service Technicians conduct a complete Rooftop Unit (RTU) inspection including the coils, drip pan, air leaks, supply fan, condenser fan, belts and ductwork to determine scheduled maintenance.

 

Typically roof top units (RTU) should be cleaned at least once a year. Indoor Air Handling Units (AHU) every 6 months or as needed.  After the RTU inspected cleaning is scheduled. Our  RTU, AHU & Filter Service Program will provide better indoor air quality, keep your supply ductwork and registers cleaner and keep your equipment running more energy efficient.

Electric motor repair, replacement and maintenance services:  

We offer a full comprehensive electric motor, reducers (Gear motors), power transmission, conveying maintenance and replacement services, Backed by our motor shop, machine shop and trade partners to serve you better, faster and affordable.

                          

 

Fact: When you call, most likely we will have what you need, if we don't, we’ll rewind, repair or overhaul service it for you as fast as you need.

 

Welding service and fabrication:

How many times have you had broken frame, tool, equipment that needed to be welded on site, but you couldn’t get any  welding companies to come and weld it for you, just because you’re not their main client or they don’t do small jobs and they cannot send a welder with equipment to help you out!? (If they do they charge an arm and leg!).

We do all Maintenance Welding, custom metal fabrications service and installations for you.

If you hard time to find parts, you need to call us. We'll do the research, and give you the aftermarket or same part (different quality brand) for a very affordable price and you get to save. 

         

When you accept us as your maintenance partner, we will establish a common part list or equipment need for you and set- up an inventory for your need and maintain it, that way you will have what you need and when you need it.

 

HVAC and A/C filter replacement and air filter supply:

Not only do we provide scheduled filter replacement services, we can supply your HVAC filters. You’ll also save time spent buying; storage, installing and disposing of filter elements.
